Well, it's been a long time coming. The inevitable has occured.
For the past couple years, ever since Rodent Race ceased production, this site has ceased production along with it. Try as though I might, article-writing and humorous reviews aren't my bag. I took a stab at another comic named Munkki Business, but that too failed miserably because I put way, way, way more work into it then I should have done and had absolutely no plans for it beyond "everyone hates Bono" (which, in my defense, is a solid basis for any series. I should copyright the idea). Well, as it turns out, I have something to say.
Rodent Race...
is still 100% dead. But now it has a successor. I present to you, the first page of what will hopefully not completely suck, the new and improved Munkki Business. You may notice something familiar about the cast: they're all recycled from a certain prior series. But as is established in this comic, that certain prior series was nothing but a bad drug trip (true story). Most of the characters will return (notable exceptions: bad self-insertions), and hopefully they won't all degrade into asshole archetypes this time around.
This series will have regular updates as time permits, but not starting immediately. I need some time to get my shit together before I can start cranking it out like normal. But expect it within the next couple of weeks. Till then, check back every single fucking day. Please. I need love.
Also worth a mention, this is hopefully only the beginning of the rebirth of this dead, soulless husk of a website. I want to incorporate more then just comics, but I'm done pretending that isn't what made this site popular in the first place. All current content will still be available in the sick, sick event that you actually want to read that shit, but the focus is shifting back to where it once was. Tell your friends, word of mouth is the best (and cheapest) form of advertisement.
By the way, all past issues of Rodent Race that are currently existant are hosted on this website, along with just about every other comic I've created. I posted it a while ago, but nobody saw it, so here's trying again.
